Shipping & returns

Shipping is free, with no minimum order, to 16 European countries. All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in France within 1 to 2 business days.

Every order is delivered with a tracking number, sent by email as soon as it ships. The price shown on the site includes VAT: no additional fees are added at checkout.

You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

• The product must be returned complete, in good condition, in its original packaging
• Contact us before any return to receive the procedure and the return address
• Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method

All our products are covered by the statutory 2-year conformity warranty and the warranty against hidden defects. If a product is faulty or damaged on delivery, contact our customer service: we will arrange a repair, exchange or refund, with return costs covered by us.
